ESB constructed this new classroom addition on TUSD’s existing campus on a fixed price contract with contingency.
From the start, ESB worked with Earl Kai Chann Associates, Ltd. as they provided the design and drawings for the new buildings at Borton Elementary
We served as general contractor for the project and completed it using our hybrid on- and offsite construction methodology.
The building is complete with classrooms, offices, storage and additional restroom facilities. The aesthetics of the building are embellished with a distinctive, customized Kal-Wal translucent roofing system, allowing natural light to enter the hallway between buildings.
This building’s finishes include metal overhangs and brick wainscot to match their existing campus.
